Dairy Industry
A dairy is a business enterprise established for the harvesting or processing (or both) of animal milk – mostly from cows or goats, for human consumption. A dairy is typically located on a dedicated dairy farm or in a section of a multi-purpose farm (mixed farm) that is concerned with the harvesting of milk.
Farming Industry
The Agriculture Industry encircles a variety of procedures wherein natural resources give rise to a number of products. Agriculture Industry consists of different activities which include harvesting crops, plants, livestock feeding, grazing etc.
ABOUT
Hi My name is Matthew Roberts. I was born June 9th 1998 in Beaver, Utah. I am in my senior year at Southern Utah University. My major is in Accounting then I will be doing the MBA program at SUU as well. Growing up I have always had a huge desire to travel. In my life I have been lucky to be able to do just that. I have traveled to 36 states and 7 different countries. Growing up my hobbies were playing sports and hunting.

PROJECT
The project that I am involved in is something that I am truly so excited about. The goal of what we are doing in Algeria is to help them create an infrastructure of agriculture in their entire country. The reason why we are doing this is because Algeria is an OPEC Nation and get all of their revenue from exporting oil. With the oil money they get they import most of their goods. In the next 32 years they are expecting their oil reserves to be gone. This is where we come in we are suppose to help them. Our goal is to help start the Dairy industry and Farming industry. Which includes taking over 300,000 cows and developing 300,000 acres of land.

The reason why we are so devoted and motivated is because this country is in trouble. If we don't develop the agriculture side of things for them they may not be able to provide for the people of their country in the future. That is why we are doing what we are doing is to try and help stabilize this country.

The objective of my project(the first trip) was to gain relationship's with Algerian officials and to further gain knowledge on what we would be dealing with over there and how to get those industries into that country. That is exactly what we did. We furthered are relationship's and gained knowledge to make sure that we can get that job done.
